After 15 years of youth and family systems counselling, Kevin began specializing in traditional indigenous approaches to resolving trauma and anxiety. In 2005, he became a facilitator in Traumatic Incident Reduction and Life Stress Reduction, focusing on PTSD and other traumatic issues. His journey in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy took a formal turn when he was certified by the Equine Assisted Growth And Learning Association (EAGALA) in both mental health (MH) and equine specialist (ES) roles, incorporating the use of horses (mules) into his therapeutic practice.

About Paulette

A woman feeds horses in a snowy forest setting.

Paulette Mary Eva Bernadette Laliberte was born to a family of 8 near Radville, Saskatchewan. After working with a local naturopath for 12 years, an opportunity to be Store Manager with Nutter's Natural Foods was too interesting to pass up.

Since joining Nutter's, Paulette's passion for helping others is undeniable. She not only educates people about the healing properties of essential oils but also promotes Life Stress Reduction through her understanding of healing remedies. Her skills include sharing Kombucha recipes, sprouting methods, and Kefir grain techniques. Paulette encourages practices like Vision Boards and Affirmative Living, which can be beneficial in Traumatic Incident Reduction. And, as she loves to tell stories about her grandkids, Paulette always has an adventure to share, often relating to her experiences in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.
