A guided learning experience rooted in Indigenous knowledge, promoting reflection, respect, and connection through Equine Therapy and other healing practices on the land.
This intensive five-day wellness program is designed for First Nations service providers who wish to dedicate time to their personal and professional growth. Participants are required to stay onsite at the Centre for the duration of the program and fully engage in the structured schedule.

If you work in a First Nations organization alongside First Nations people and want to strengthen your understanding of how to address the impacts of intergenerational trauma, we invite you to register for our upcoming workshop.
Unresolved trauma and shame continue to deeply affect Indigenous peoples around the world.
This workshop explores the effects of trauma and unresolved grief through guided awareness and healing activities. Participants will examine the roots and impacts of lateral violence as a response to oppression, while recognizing culture as a vital foundation for healing.
The training emphasizes safety, trust-building, grief work, and self-care. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of practical and meaningful steps that support healing and wellness on the journey toward restoring balance and wholeness.
